 Parent InformationMinimize
·          Lunch price is $2.50. You may purchase any amount of lunch or ala-carte computer credit by sending a check to the kitchen made out to food services It is helpful if you put your child's student number on the check, or you may go online to: www.schoolpassport.comto pay by credit card, using your student's id number.
·         You have the option of including a note with your check to specify what portion of the funds your child may use to purchase ala-carte items and what portion is specifically for lunch. A similar note can be used to allocate money to siblings who attend the same school.

·          Charging is no longer allowed at the middle school level. The resources required to track and collect charges at this level became overwhelming. So, charging in middle schools has been discontinued.
·          Students must have enough cash or money on account to cover their entire purchase. In the past, cashiers have "fronted" students dimes and quarters to make up any shortage. Cashiers have been instructed to discontinue this practice. Instead, they will request that the child make food selections that can be covered with the funds available.
·          Try to purchase enough computer credits ahead so that your child does not find him/herself with no money available in the computer, no cash, and no lunch.
·          Please take a minute in the next week or so to coach your student about options they have if they find themselves "lunchless." they can share lunch with, or borrow money from a friend. They can collect several quarters from a number of friends and purchase lunch or an ala-carte item. They make a lunch from food items collected from several friends.
·          Remember, if your family needs free or reduced price meals, you need to complete a new form for the new school year. Get the form from the school office. If you qualify, your child will simply give their student number to the cashier each day as all students do. However, you must send cash or purchase computer credit if your student wants to purchase ala-carte items.
