 Student Drop off

We have heard parent's concerns and comments about the oval drop off/pick up area on the west side of campus. To ease the area of congestion and to save your son/daughter time, we have added an additional drop/pickup area in the second parking lot right off Berry Ave. Follow the arrows on the parking lot asphalt to the designated area. It is a short walk up the steps to the northeast (gym) entrance for your son/daughter. Give it a try...

 Protection against the FluMinimize

As you know, all of us in Littleton Public Schools take seriously the health, safety and well being of our students, staff and volunteers.    We are counting on our parent community to help us with this priority.   With the general concerns about the risks of the H1N1 flu virus, we thought we would bring some  key points to your attention, in addition to the letter that was sent home to all parents earlier this school year. What follows are recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for steps parents/guardians can take to keep families from getting sick with the flu at school and/or at home.Click here to read.

 H1N1 Immunization InformationMinimize
Dear Goddard Parents and Guardians:

Attached you will find information about an Immunization Clinic for H1N1 Vaccine.  Clinics are being sponsored by the Tri County Health Department.  Littleton Public Schools is  just providing space.  Thus, all questions need to be directed to Tri County Health (click here for flyer for contact information).

You may find the following information, in addition to the flyer, helpful:

·         The eligibility group is established by federal and state health authorities.  LPS has no influence over the priorities.
·         The immunization is free.
·         Individuals will have to show proof of residency in the counties served by Tri County Health (Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, Broomfield and Elbert).
·         Parents can download the consent forms from the Tri-County web site.  You will need to complete the form in order for your child to obtain a vaccination.
·         Immunization clinic schedules are subject to availability of the vaccine.  If we learn of any changes, we will post information on the Goddard and LPS District web sites.
